SCORE IT Research
SCORE IT was developed by leading educational researchers in technology and behavior, Dr. Allison Bruhn, Dr. Ted Hasselbring, and Laura Goin. They have conducted rigorous scientific studies to find out if SCORE IT would help students with behavior problems stay on task during class. The results speak for themselves--students who have used SCORE IT increased their academic engagement and decreased their problem behavior.
Currently, they have a $1.2 million grant from the Institute of Educational Sciences to develop a timed interval version of the app that has built-in, data-based decision rules.
